Refund & Return Policy

At LANForce, LLC., we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their custom-built PC or hardware purchase. Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
  • All returned items must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, alteration, or missing components will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Any system or component returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customer-supplied parts or systems incorporating customer-owned components.
  • Software licenses or digital goods.
  • Labor, diagnostics, setup, or installation services.
  • Shipping charges (unless otherwise required by law).

3. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 14 days of receiving your item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item with the RA number clearly marked on the box.
  3. Ship the product to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect in a covered component.

Unauthorized returns or returns without an RA number will be refused.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued minus the 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges

LANForce, LLC. does not offer direct product exchanges. A new order must be placed if you wish to purchase a different item.

6. Final Sale Policy

After 14 days from the date of delivery, all sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be granted under any circumstances.
