2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders placed with LANForce, LLC. are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices listed on our website or via quotes are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before products are shipped unless alternate terms have been agreed upon in writing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues.

3. Custom PC Builds

  • All custom builds require full or partial payment before assembly begins.
  • Estimated build times are approximate and may vary due to part availability or unforeseen delays.
  • Customers supplying their own parts agree that LANForce, LLC. is not responsible for the functionality, condition, or compatibility of those components.

4. Warranty

  • LANForce, LLC. offers a One-Year Limited Warranty on systems and parts purchased directly through us. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover customer-supplied parts, misuse, overclocking, software issues, physical damage, or damage caused by third-party services.
  • Shipping for warranty claims within the United States is covered by LANForce, LLC., subject to approval.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective products under warranty.
  • Cancellation requests may be subject to restocking or labor fees if the build process has already started or parts have been ordered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LANForce, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, and branding are the property of LANForce, LLC. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
